SHIPPING POLICY

 

At mydailyeco, we value each and every customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customers as soon as possible. Normally, you will receive your order in 4-25 business days from the date that it is placed. 

Due to the impact of COVID-19, couriers are experiencing service interruptions and delivery changes in some areas and residencies. Please use our tracking page to monitor your order's progress.

PLEASE NOTE: mydailyeco.com is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, or strikes. Also, the packages 

 

RATE

 

We normally offer a standard shipping rate of $4.99 for all shipments for US customers. All other countries' standard shipping rate can go up to $9.99.

Sometimes, free shipping will be offered for a limited time. If your order qualifies or if there's an on-going free shipping event, you will see an option for free shipping at the checkout.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

 

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once the payment is verified, the order cannot be canceled or changed within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

 

PROCESSING

 

It normally takes 1-7 business days to process your order. Handmade items may take a longer processing time. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

 

SHIPPING & DELAY

 

Shipment takes approximately 3 to 25 business days to reach destination countries. Many countries have reduced flights because of COVID-19 and many carriers require a longer time to deliver the packages. Also, the holiday season can cause a delay as well. Unfortunately, your packages may take longer to deliver than normal, but we will try our best to ship your order early and get your packages as soon as possible.

Please contact us at support@mydailyeco.com  within 2 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from mydailyeco.com, you can return your order to mydailyeco for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that in the case of return, the return shipping & handling cost will be deducted from your refund ($7).

To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mydailyeco.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as soaps and compostable products), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 

EXCHANGES

 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

REFUNDS

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
